Royal Academy of Art Garden Event in London
The Royal Academy of Arts contacted our office and asked to rent out our Events fake grass to create a garden themed party in London. ARTTRAGrass artificial lawns was used for the London Royal Academy of Arts for an event by the RA Lates programme and special events team to create a garden theme for a summer party which coincided with the Summer Exhibition 2015 at Burlington house, Piccadilly London on 13th June, 2015.
Installation
It was a saturday and the grounds at the RA Lates was buzzing. It took approximately 2 hours to install the artificial grass which was mostly trying to get people off the lawn while laying it. We just couldn’t get them to stop walking on it!
Derig
Derig was in the morning after and was approximately 45 minutes but it had rained the night before which made the grass rolls a nightmare to lift. Then it started to rain again just as we were about to roll the synthetic turf but due to the deligence of our team we pressed on and nothing got in the way.
Clients Comments
The morning after the night before the client commented;
“Turf went down a storm at the event yesterday, so thanks so much for sorting it out last minute for us!” What a delight to hear that from your clients!
